Privacy Policy

Caddova (“we,” “us”) is a golf training tracker that generates a personalized 12-week practice plan and lets you log sessions to track your improvement. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@caddova.com.

What we collect

Email address — required to create an account. We use it to send you a one-time sign-in code; we do not store passwords.
Questionnaire answers — your name and details about your game (handicap, clubs, practice schedule, struggles, goals, and any physical notes you choose to share). These are used to generate your plan and saved to your account.
Training plan — the AI-generated plan we create for you is stored in your account so you can access it anytime.
Session logs — when you log a practice session in the app, the results you enter are saved to your account.
Technical data — your IP address is used briefly to rate-limit abuse, and we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page visits.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How we use it

To create your account and authenticate you with a sign-in code.
To generate your training plan and save it to your account.
To store your session logs so you can track progress over time.
To send you transactional emails (sign-in codes, plan delivery).
To prevent abuse and keep the service running.

Service providers we share with

To run the product, your data passes through a few trusted processors:

Supabase — stores your account, plan, and session logs in a hosted Postgres database. Auth (OTP codes) is also handled by Supabase.
Anthropic— your questionnaire answers are sent to Anthropic’s API to generate your plan.
Resend — delivers sign-in code emails and plan emails.
Vercel — hosting and cookieless analytics.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

Request a copy or deletion of your account and data by emailing hello@caddova.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Unsubscribe from non-transactional emails anytime via the link in any message.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
